IRVINE, CA β The Fellows internship program celebrates its first graduate, Delaisha Davis of Southern University and A&M College. The first-of-its-kind program, launched in 2022, offers undergraduate students with diverse backgrounds and life experiences the opportunity for an in-depth career experience over three summers.

Davis is a business management graduate who joined the program in 2022 to further her knowledge of the insurance industry. Her final summer in the program included hands-on experience in ΒιΆΉΣ³» Servicesβ New York office, as well as a trip to London sponsored by the BMS Group to tour the Lloydβs of London headquarters and learn about the wholesale insurance market. After completing the program, Davis accepted an offer to work for the Alliant Americas division of ΒιΆΉΣ³» Services in Atlanta.
ΒιΆΉΣ³» Foundation Fellows are provided with the opportunity to explore various sectors of the insurance industry through weekly rotations with Alliant departments, along with one-on-one curated mentorship, culminating with a presentation to C-suite executives and other Alliant leaders. Through its carefully curated curriculum, the program enables Fellows to become familiar with specialized insurance industry expertise.
