鶹ӳ Services Earns Insurance Business America’s 5-Star Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Award for Third Consecutive Year

Award recognizes companies within the insurance industry that demonstrate outstanding commitment to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion

IRVINE, CA — 鶹ӳ Services is honored to once again receive Insurance Business America’s prestigious . This marks the third consecutive year that Alliant has received this recognition, demonstrating an unwavering commitment to advancing DE&I within its organization and industry.

“This award reflects our collective efforts to cultivate an environment where diverse perspectives thrive and every employee feels a true sense of belonging,” said Greg Zimmer, CEO of Alliant. “Our three-year streak underscores that commitment.”

The 5-Star DE&I Awards launched in 2022 to recognize and celebrate companies in the insurance industry that have created effective DE&I programs to foster positive change and promote a culture where everyone feels valued and supported.

“This achievement inspires us to keep pushing boundaries, learning, and growing in our DE&I journey,” added Lilian Vanvieldt, Executive Vice President and Chief Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Officer at Alliant. “We’re committed to making even greater strides in 2025 and beyond.”

Alliant’s DE&I team is dedicated to advancing equitable representation and fostering a sense of belonging both within the company and across the insurance industry. Through impactful development initiatives, inclusive culture-building programs, growing employee resource groups, and strategic community partnerships, Alliant continues to create a workplace where every individual is valued and celebrated. Additionally, the plays a pivotal role in broadening access to the insurance sector through talent pipeline programs designed for students from diverse backgrounds and life experiences.

To identify the most effective DE&I programs, the Insurance Business America research team invited firms to share their DE&I initiatives from the past 12 months, conducted one-on-one interviews with DE&I professionals to determine which companies met or exceeded expectations, and contacted the companies’ employees to gauge the effectiveness of the programs. Companies scoring 4.0 or higher on a scale of 1 to 5 were recognized as 5-Star DE&I programs.
