IRVINE, CA 鈥� Client services expert Ashley Powers has joined as Senior Vice President within its Employee Benefits Group. Based in Irvine, California, Powers will focus on enhancing business process efficiencies and driving innovation for Alliant鈥檚 western region benefits operations.

Powers joins Alliant as a proven leader in operational excellence, benefits administration, consulting, and customer service. With more than 13 years in the benefits industry, Powers has experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering solutions that enhance operational efficiency and drive revenue growth.
Prior to joining Alliant, Powers was Vice President of Client Services for a national business consulting company, focusing on operations, team development, and client retention. She earned her bachelor鈥檚 degree in biology from Vanguard University.
